Mastermix Assay GP offers the possibility to detect Gram-positive bacteria comprising clinically most relevant staphylococci, streptococci and enterococci. The kit can be used for rapid testing for Gram-positives with sample eluates positive in the universal 16S rRNA PCR/Real-Time PCR assays of SepsiTest™, UMD™ and automated SepsiTest™ SelectNA tests.

Mastermix Assay GP is for research-use only and not to be used for in-vitro diagnostics.
